Michelle Press Rubin, JD, BCC, CCSP
I am an attorney who recognized early on that my greatest fulfillment comes from helping people reach their goals by identifying and unlocking their underlying strengths and interests.
After nearly a decade of practicing law and working with more than 1,000 clients, I realized that connecting with people is what truly drives me. I enjoy finding creative solutions to help people solve complex problems—often by motivating them to clarify what they really want and guiding them toward achieving their goals.

After stepping away from law to raise my children, I noticed a common challenge among my peers—many were feeling stuck in unfulfilling roles or struggling to reenter the workforce after a career pause, often after raising children or serving as caregivers. Wanting to help others navigate career transitions, I created and facilitated a career support and networking group where we met regularly to share ideas, network, encourage one another, and develop strategies to move forward. Through guided discussions and collaborative problem-solving, we helped each other build the momentum needed to embrace change and pursue meaningful career and life opportunities.

Momentum was born out of my love of helping others figure out what sparks them, embrace change, and identify—and ultimately achieve—their career and life goals. Inspired by this work, I pursued formal training in coaching, becoming a Board-Certified Coach (BCC).
In 2019, I started my own private career coaching practice, where I provide one-on-one guidance to individuals seeking clarity and fulfillment in their professional lives. I also work with groups and lead workshops designed to help people explore career transitions, clarify goals, and develop strategies for success.
Wanting to further expand my expertise, I also completed the Facilitating Career Development course through the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and earned the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential.

I enjoy working with individuals and groups to help them navigate career and life transitions, explore new possibilities, and take meaningful steps toward the work and life they truly want.
